Alexander II

Born April 17, 1818, Alexander II became tsar of Russia upon the death of Nicholas I, and remained in power until his assassination.  Alexander II was the tsar who agreed to terms of peace with France and Great Britain after the Crimean War.  Most noticable for his awesome moustache, he also freed the [serfs], along with many other reforms.
