James Madison
James Madison was the fourth president of the [USA]. He was a short man at 5'4" and once refered to as a "pygmy" by one of his political foes. By today's standards, he was a brainiac. He is one of the major minds behind the ideas and actual writing of the [Constitution]. He was a major player in the War Of 1812, the first time a declaration of war had ever been requested by a president. That war solidified is placing among the most successful wartime presidents.
